5. The above quotation is made on basis of batch order of 261 CRS or the similar quantity.
6. The Prototype and the R&D fees will be USD50,000 by separate Sample Contract, or
7. Free sample will be offered and delivered upon signing of the 261 CRS contract with 50% of the contractual amount as Down Payment paid through T/T.
8. The Lead Time for the Prototype will be 60 days after payment.
9. The Lead Time for the batch of 261 CRS will be within 120 days after receiving the 50% Down Payment.
10. The balance of the Contractual Amount will be paid through T/T before delivery or through L/C qualified and accepted by the Seller's Bank.
